Every week inside the Thrive Experts Facebook page, we share a tip on Tuesday. This week, we are talking about inspiring a positive mind shift.

Today’s tip is about separating fact from fiction.

We find, that clients tend to get overwhelmed when they create stories in their minds about situations that have not happened yet.

When you are making a decision, do you typically talk yourself into or out if it?

We invite you to take more chances and open the doors to possibilities. Think about something that you are worried about.

Let’s get clear.

What are the facts of the situation? Can you write down everything that comes to mind and question the doubts you have about your ability to go for it? This could be a promotion, a date, a vacation, a new instrument, a new exercise program.

Are you willing to try to adopt a growth mindset?

With our Emotional Intelligence workshop, you will gain a better understanding of self-management and self-awareness. This, in turn, will give you better insight and control over your actions and emotions. With a greater understanding of emotions, you will experience a positive impact on your professional and personal life. Learn more here > https://thrivexperts.com/work-with-us/
