We learn over time.  What I have learned is to keep it brief.

Over the last 3 years, In an effort to support you, my team and I created a weekly digest of the best COACHING, CHANGE MANAGEMENT, and SCIENCE OF WELL-BEING content from around the web. Supporting your performance efforts, each week I shared a few of my favourite items from industry leaders and respected professionals-including my very own colleagues, mentors, and friends!

I realize we all have a limited amount of time and not everyone reads as much as I do. I need to keep the content I share brief, yet impactful to support your business growth efforts. 

Which is why I made a decision to revamp the newsletter about 2 months ago in a shorter format and we are hearing some excellent feedback as a result.  It now includes a few short paragraphs and 2-3-minute videos.
