Took time for another walk in the sunshine.

I don’t believe in busyness.

Calm is;
- Protecting people’s time and attention.
- About 40 hours of work.
- Reasonable expectations.
- Ample time off and time to think.
- Smaller, less, not more.
- A visible horizon.
- Meetings as a last resort.
- More independant, less interdependence.
- Sustainable practices for the long term.
- Profitability.

I aim to continue to bring value forward and the message that rest and productivity are not opposites- they are in fact synonymous.

Success doesn’t happen overnight. It takes a lot of patience and hard work. When you want to work on your dream, you have to be committed to achieving that dream even if that means you have to cross mountains in order to reach it.

So, how do you stay committed?

In life, we sometimes we are challenged and that leads to frustrations. We’re being shaken by life using challenges that seem to be impossible to solve, BUT we should never surrender just because things are getting hard.

That’s the reason why you should love what you do. Because when you love something, you fight for it. You don’t just let it go. You try your best to keep it. You try your best to be the best person for it. You don’t just give up.

So, if you want to reach your dreams, become successful, fall in love with what you do everyday. Fall in love with the process. Embrace the hard times, then celebrate the victory as you reach the finish line.

The only way to never get tired of the journey is to love the track. Keep going. ❤️

Getting my day started by witnessing 3 good things.

1. Love having good loose leaf tea steeping and enjoying it in the quiet of the morning. The beauty of the fine china tea cups I use to savour the flavours.
2. The investment in our health, cold walks and then the ability to do a session in the sauna right after to warm up and start or end the day in a beautiful way.
3. The blessing of taking random road adventures with my partner in life. Having fun together, dreaming boldly and playing the “imagine if” game to explore how we would spend lottery winnings just for fun.
